**You’ll make an impact by** 

- You and your team of strategy and market intelligence professionals design and coordinate strategic plans, programs, and initiatives at business or regional levels, ensuring full alignment with overarching executive goals. 
- You coordinate the implementation of core business strategies, guidelines, and principles across the assigned organization. 
- You and your team continuously analyze and optimize the business's overall strategic positioning, providing expert guidance on the long-term development of our product, service, or solutions portfolio. 
- You are responsible for driving market intelligence, competitor monitoring, and analysis, while coordinating impactful benchmarking projects. 
- You are responsible for leading comprehensive market studies and steering the end-to-end market intelligence process, including global market research and investment strategies. 
- You lead and coordinate M&A activities, including the M&A deal book, and initiate targeted strategic initiatives for external growth. 
- You initiate and lead strategy consulting projects while developing and implementing state-of-the-art business management and analysis tools. 

**Your defining qualities** 

- You have a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field, and many years of experience in electrical infrastructure and a solid understanding of grids, their components, and operations. 
- You have a deep understanding of data center infrastructure and technologies. 
- You have a proven track record of many years in strategy and/or business development roles, complemented by experience in consultancy, sales, operations, or M&A activities. 
- You have demonstrated success working within cross-functional teams and navigating multicultural, global organizations. 
- You have strong project management skills coupled with exceptional presentation techniques tailored for senior management and board levels. 
- You are highly analytical and naturally curious, with a passion for driving measurable impact, a collaborative spirit, and a strong drive for business growth. 
- Willingness to travel and proficiency in English complete your profile.
