Acting as our **In-House IT Consultant** for Workday Recruiting, you'll sit at the intersection of **HR and IT**, turning complex, diverse business needs into **simple, scalable solutions**. Your work will streamline global recruiting processes, elevate data quality and reporting, and enable faster, smarter hiring decisions.

## In-House IT Consultant- Workday Recruiting (f/m/d)

## Responsibilities
- **Own** the Workday Recruiting roadmap with HR partners—translate multi-country requirements into clear configurations and **actionable workflows**.
- **Design, Test, and Iterate**: Delivering high-quality setups, dashboards, and reports that drive **data‑informed decisions**.
- **Solve the Hard Stuff**: Leading resolution of complex (3rd‑level) issues and **guide** teammates to elevate shared understanding.
- **Deliver Reliably**: Managing projects end‑to‑end to meet **scope, time, and budget** expectations.
- **Champion Quality**: Improving data integrity so stakeholders can **trust the numbers**.

## Qualifications
- Several years of experience in **Workday Recruiting** with solid **reporting** and **implementation** experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, HR, Business, or comparable field.
- Fluency in English; Workday Pro (Recruiting) is a plus.
- A strong grasp of **HR systems & processes** and the technical mindset to partner with IT and HR across diverse Business Groups.
- **Customer‑centric**, **solution‑oriented**, proactive, and **team‑focused**—able to explain complex topics simply and drive consensus.
