Compensation & Benefits

Attractive salary + Incentive EligibilityCandidates achieving sales targets above ₹3,000 are eligible for incentives. Higher incentives are applicable for sales performance exceeding ₹4,000.

Working Schedule

• 27–28 working days per month

• One weekly off between Monday and Friday

• Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days

• Rotational shifts as per store requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell wellness, healthcare, personal care, and OTC products to customers.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge.

• Ensure proper merchandising and display of products.

• Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

• Support store operations and inventory activities as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, wellness, healthcare, pharmacy, FMCG, or related sectors.

• Strong sales orientation with the ability to meet targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good grooming, professional appearance, and presentation skills are mandatory.

• Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach toward sales.

• Comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.
