We, the BMW Group, offer you an interesting and varied internship or thesis in the field of retail transformation. Our team develops future-oriented concepts and process requirements to shape the evolution of retail, with a strong focus on the BMW Group’s sustainability goals. You will gain valuable insights into brand experience for BMW and MINI while working in an interdisciplinary and forward-thinking environment.


What awaits you?

- You will support our team in developing and implementing analyses and concepts, and help prepare their content for presentations.
- Furthermore, you help to further develop concepts and substantiate them with valid background information.
- In addition, you analyze data from our central dealer database and derive key insights, e.g. on the sustainability performance of our global dealer network.
- Moreover, you will test existing processes and tools, derive proposals for improvement, and help to drive their implementation.
- Here, you contribute to interdisciplinary and international collaboration, exchange ideas with contacts from the BMW Group and the global sales organization, and help shape the retail of the future.


What should you bring along?

- Studies in economics, business administration, industrial engineering, sustainability management, business informatics or a comparable field.
- Second half of diploma/bachelor's degree or master's degree.
- First practical experience in sales, sustainability and/or project management is desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- IT affinity, interest in AI and analytical thinking.
- Good communication and teamwork skills as well as organizational talent.
- Fluent in German and English.
