We, the BMW Group, offer you an interesting and varied internship in the area of Data Science at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. At Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, we place our clients at the centre of all our ambitions. We strive to be the most innovative and impactful Data Science and Analytics team in Luxury Retail. Our mission is to ensure that data-driven insights are seamlessly integrated into our operations—enhancing our understanding of client behaviour, optimising CRM processes, and enabling highly bespoke and predictive customer service to maximise our commercial success.

What awaits you?

- Analyse data to derive actionable insights for CRM-related initiatives.
- You support in the training and development of Machine Learning algorithms and creation of dashboards.
- You visualize and present your findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Furthermore you proactively identify opportunities to create value from data.
- Last but not least, you will collaborate with colleagues across the department and wider company.

What should you bring along?

- Enrollment in a Master's program with a strong focus on business and technology.
- Proficiency in Python or R, with experience in training and deploying Machine Learning models in an end-to-end manner.
- A passion for working with data and a strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with the principles of agile project management.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in an international environment.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
