Our team, as part of the Communications & Marketing Strategy, is responsible for three areas: the further data-driven development of our communication measures & advertising campaigns, the strategic management of the worldwide marketing budget, and the organization of exchange and decision-making formats with the Marketing Leaders.
In our team, you’ll experience a dynamic environment that combines enthusiasm with a strong focus on data, analysis, and strategic thinking.
From your new role, you can expect:
- Collaborate with in-house developers to support and further develop the Global Marketing Budget Tool and Power BI reports, contributing to the digitalization of marketing performance tracking
- Analyze marketing data by connecting and interpreting insights from various dashboards, helping to drive data-based decision-making
- Coordinate and support smaller projects and create impactful presentations in both German and English for diverse audiences

The activity can begin from February 2026.
Qualifikationen
- Enrollment in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing Communication, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written); strong German language skills are required
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Affinity for AI-based data analysis; initial experience with M365 Copilot is a plus
- Strong sense of teamwork, initiative, and reliability
- Analytical mindset and a strategic approach to work
- Willingness to learn and engage with a variety of business topics
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and eager to contribute ideas for business process improvements
