To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

[**International Sales Representative (m/f/d)**](https://bricon.com/karriere/international-sales-representative/)

**Your tasks:**

- Providing expert advice and retaining our existing customer base, as well as acquiring new customers and sales channels and continuously expanding our market position
- Structured assessment of requirements and needs, as well as developing solutions for our customers
- Maintaining sales-promoting contacts with doctors, purchasing managers or medical staff in hospitals and clinics
- Presenting our products in clinics and providing instruction and training on the product portfolio
- Participation in trade fairs, conferences and symposia in cooperation with the marketing department
- Conducting market analyses in the assigned sales region

**Your profile:**

- Completed technical, commercial or medical training with several years of professional experience and, ideally, experience as a surgical nurse
- Alternatively a completed degree and initial sales experience and anatomical knowledge
- Strong negotiation and assertiveness skills combined with a confident, engaging and enthusiastic manner
- Strong, success-oriented thinking and acting
- Confident and skillful communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Residence preferably in the area near Tuttlingen and willingness to travel extensively
- Excellent German language skills and solid English language skills
- Please be aware that this position is 100% on site without any remote option
