Key responsibilities
Handle inbound voice calls from customers.
Respond to customer inquiries via email.
Manage live chat support sessions.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
Provide feedback to improve processes and service levels.
Required qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in a call center or customer support role.
Fluent English communication skills.
Proficiency with voice, email, and chat platforms.
Ability to provide required documents (salary slips, offer letter, relieving letter).
