International Sales Excellence Manager (m/w/d)

Location: 100% Remote in France, Belgium or the Netherlands | Employment based in Düsseldorf, Germany | Approx. 50% travel within Europe

Your Responsibilities

• Drive international Sales Excellence initiatives and support their successful implementation across our European subsidiaries.

• Develop standardized sales and service processes while strengthening customer management and proactive sales activities across customer segments and channels.

• Support the optimization of pricing strategies and the development and commercialization of additional services.

• Collaborate with IT to implement digital solutions, including contact centre solutions and AI-powered tools.

• Establish standardized KPIs and sales management dashboards while supporting the optimization of sales structures and organizational setups.

• Train and support international teams, promote best practice sharing, and ensure the sustainable implementation of agreed measures.

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in sales and customer service, ideally within a B2B service environment.

• Experience in project and process management, combined with a structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive change without direct reporting authority.

• Confidence in working with sales KPIs, CRM systems, and data-driven performance management.

• Good command of English, residence in France, Belgium or the Netherlands, and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time within Europe.

• Ideally, experience in international projects, Power BI, digital solutions, and AI applications, as well as proficiency in another Western European language.
