We are responsible for idea management across the entire Lufthansa Group. Through change initiatives, we promote awareness, empowerment, and commitment among all stakeholders. We need your support for our diverse projects:

- Participating in the planning and execution of workshops, conferences, and events for various target audiences
- Gaining practical skills with a focus on implementing marketing campaigns, editorial work in idea management, and supporting change processes


Ihr Profil:

To complete an internship at our company, you must be in at least your third semester of study at the time of the internship.


- Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and, in the case of a required internship,written proof of a mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between bachelor’s and master’s degrees (Gap Year)
- Degree in Communication and Media Studies, Business Psychology, Business Administration, or similar
- Strong organizational skills-experience organizing events
- Strong communication skills (written and oral); editorial experience is ideal
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS PowerPoint); experience with graphics and editing software (Adobe) is a plus
- Very good written and spoken German
