During your internship, you’ll work at the intersection of e-learning, innovation, and corporate strategy. You’ll support us in developing innovative learning formats for aviation personnel – from designing new e-learning courses to integrating AI tools.- Learning practical skills with a focus ondeveloping and testing new e-learning concepts – with the support of ChatGPT and similar tools.
- Creatively implementing learning content – through storyboards, prototypes, and interactive media
- Shaping the future – contributing to strategic projects for the further development of our product portfolio
- Analyzing & evaluating trends – methodological, pedagogical, and commercial assessment of modern learning technologies
- Working collaboratively – close cooperation with various departments
- Sharing knowledge – participating in the planning and implementation of workshops
Ihr Profil:
To complete an internship at our company, you must be in at least your fourth semester of study at the time of the internship.
- Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment; for a required internship, a writtenproof of a mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between the bachelor’s and master’s programs (gap year)
- Degree, e.g., in Business Psychology, Instructional Design, Media Education, Educational Technology, or Computer Science
- Enthusiasm for digital learning and new technologies
- Application of existing skills using ChatGPT or comparable AI applications under professional guidance
- Ideally, some experience with tools such as Articulate 360, Miro, etc.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a desire to work independently
