Internship HR/People Business Partner

You are part of the team that handles all HR-related matters at Lufthansa Technik AG.

- You’ll support us in monitoring HR data and assist with data collection and quality assurance
- Show us your creativity and talent in developing presentations
- You’ll contribute your ideas to the conceptual development and optimization of internal processes
- In addition, we’ll bring you along to meetings on specific topics, which you can help prepare for and follow up on together with us
- You’ll play a key role in supporting our projects and will be actively involved in HR matters from the very start
- We’ll count on your help with day-to-day operations
- Learn practical skills with a focus on various topics related to the employee lifecycle
- Participation in meetings and daily briefings


Ihr Profil:

At the time of the internship, you should be in at least your third semester. Ideally, you are studying business administration, business psychology, or a related field with a focus on human resources. You should also meet the following requirements:

- Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and a writtenproof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between your bachelor’s and master’s programs (Gap Year)
- You’re proficient in MS Office
- You have analytical thinking skills and a knack for numbers
- Strong communication skills, quick comprehension, and initiative make you a team player
- Previous experience from internships or part-time student jobs is welcome
