- Marketing & Communication : You design and create communication formats (e.g. articles, videos, social media posts, presentations) to present digitization initiatives in an exciting and understandable way - in close coordination with the central communication team of
LTLS

- Community building: You help to build and maintain an active community around digital topics - through formats such as events, news formats, newsletters or workshops
- Internal communication : Together with the central communication team, you develop creative formats to inform our employees about the progress, tools and successes of the digitalization strategy - e.g. via intranet posts, digital campaigns or team formats
- Design & storytelling : You put content into shape: visually appealing, precise in terms of content, emotional and motivating
- Project support : You will gain insights into central digitalization projects and contribute to the further development of the transformation strategy

Ihr Profil:

- At the time of the internship you are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree course

- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and writtenproof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
- Degree in marketing, communication, media, business, innovation management or similar
- Passion for storytelling, design and digitalization
- First practical experience in communication, (social) media or project work is an advantage
- Confident with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word), ideally also with tools such as Canva, Miro or Adobe
- Creativity, initiative and enjoyment of teamwork
- Very good knowledge of German and English
