What to do:

As an Application Manager you will be responsible for the stable operation of the supported services in the Digital Banking and Payments environment as part of 2nd level support. Various monitoring tools are available for you to monitor the different applications, which helps you to determine the sources of errors and performance issues. You will:

* ensure that changes are incorporated into regular operations

* document these adaptions in various documentation tools

* perform root cause analysis with a wide range of monitoring and observability tools

* manage incidents

* work on the further development and optimization of operational and business processes

You check these boxes:

* Experience with the operation of applications
* Familiarity with Cloud and/or On-prem infrastructure
* Experience in application performance monitoring (APM) is a benefit
* Good knowledge of Unix and Red Hat Enterprise Linux
* Ability to work in a team and excellent communication and presentation skills
* Know How of scripting and programming languages, especially for web applications with Java, JavaScript and HTML
* English and German skills both written and verbal, according to the requirements

* A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 53.802,-- gross per year.
