IT Solutions Lead - French or Dutch

We are seeking an IT Solutions Lead fluent in French and/or Dutch to join our team in Brussels. You will drive technical strategy and delivery for geospatial products, ensuring robust architecture and seamless integration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical design, implementation and configuration of geospatial solutions based on Microsoft technologies.

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications and ensure alignment with internal IT, security and technology standards.

• Manage integration of off‑the‑shelf and custom components, including fit‑gap analysis and participation in RFI/RFP processes.

• Oversee deployment, operational support and incident/problem management for the geospatial platform.

• Collaborate with product owners, suppliers and stakeholders to define roadmaps, licences, SLAs and budget estimates.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

• Proven experience in software development, integration and enterprise GIS solutions (Esri ArcGIS suite, FME, optionally Vertigis).

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft .NET, Visual Studio, SQL Server and cloud technologies (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).

• Hands‑on experience with functional design, data modelling and solution architecture.

• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills, fluent in Dutch and/or French with strong English.

Nice to have

• Experience in the electricity sector.

• Familiarity with IT service management (ITIL) and security/compliance standards.

• Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
