If you’re a graduate in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Quantitative Economics, this is your chance to turn strong analytical skills into real-world impact and build a career in consulting from day one. **Your profile** - Degree in Engineering, Physics, Maths, Computer Science, or Quantitative Economics - Strong analytical and structured thinking ability - Fast learner who enjoys complex challenges - Confident communicator in English (German is a plus) - An expert in collecting, analysing and interpreting information - Team player with an initiative and ownership mindset - Internship or project experience in analytics, energy, consulting, or digital transformation is a bonus **Your duties and responsibilities** - Energy trading & risk analytics - Renewable energy strategy (storage, forecasting, commercial models) - Large-scale business transformation & operating model redesign - Digital transformation & agile delivery (scrum, product thinking, AI tools) - Solve complex, real-world energy market problems  - Develop tool for us and our clients using AI  - Build models, analyse data and support trading & forecasting decisions - Work directly with senior consultants and clients - Contribute to high-impact transformation programmes across Europe **We offer**  - Hybrid working model - Travel opportunities across Europe - Structured career path with fast progression - Mentorship from experienced consultants & energy specialists - Training budget to accelerate your development - Work–Life balance and management transparency - Performance bonus - 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
