DEINE AUFGABEN:

• Analyse von Kundenreklamationen und Prozessbeanstandungen sowie Festlegung, Umsetzung und Verfolgung von Gegenmaßnahmen

• Entwicklung von Inspektions- und Testmethoden für die Bereiche lncoming-, lnProcess- und Outgoing- Quality mit Schwerpunkt auf B2B-Produktion

• Durchführung von internen Prozessaudits

• Initiierung von Qualitätsverbesserungsprogrammen

• Erstellung von Dokumentationen von Qualitätsmanagementsystemen (Arbeitsanweisungen, Verfahren, Prozessabläufe, Schulungsunterlagen usw.)

• Erstellung von täglichen, wöchentlichen und monatlichen Qualitätsberichten

DEIN PROFIL:

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung in einer Produktionsumgebung

• Erfahrung in der Druckindustrie ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

• Kenntnisse über Qualitätsmanagementsysteme (z. B. ISO 9001:2015)

• Erfahrung mit internen Prozess- und Lieferantenaudits ist von Vorteil

• Kenntnisse von Qualitätsanalyseinstrumenten

• Vorteilhaft sind Kenntnisse der 5S-Methode, des Toyota-Produktionssystems (TPS), des Lean-Managements

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Beyond the classic print products of a modern printing company, we produce customized and outstanding POS advertising materials and large-format outdoor advertising for the industry and large corporate chains with our innovative digital printing technology. YOUR TASKS:

Analysis of customer complaints and process objections, as well as the determination, implementation, and follow-up of countermeasures. Development of inspection and testing methods for the incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality areas, with a focus on B2B production. Conducting internal process audits. Initiation of quality improvement programs. Preparation of quality management system documentations (work instructions, procedures, process flows, training materials, etc.). Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.

YOUR PROFILE:

At least 3 years of professional experience in quality assurance within a production environment; experience in the printing industry is advantageous but not required; knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001:2015); experience with internal process and supplier audits is beneficial; knowledge of quality analysis tools is advantageous; knowledge of the 5S method, the Toyota Production System (TPS), and lean management is highly recommended; excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
