**Your role with us**

We offer you THREE different career paths, depending on your skills and specializations. As a consultant in Düsseldorf, your main tasks will be to drive sales, win new customers and grow existing accounts. You will be actively involved in business development, providing outstanding service and connecting highly qualified candidates with leading companies in our core sectors.

**Main:**

- **Sales and customer acquisition:** Proactively seek out new business opportunities and build a strong customer base through outreach and networking.
- **Business Development:** Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing customers to meet their staffing needs and generate significant revenue.
- **Candidate Approach & Engagement:** Identifying, approaching, and engaging highly qualified candidates to meet clients' needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
- **Achieve revenue goals:** Successfully execute by consistently exceeding activity-based goals (calls, customer appointments, interviews) and working towards monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

**Please note:** This is a sales-oriented role with a focus on **generating leads and growing your business.** It is not an internal recruitment or human resources role.
