Aufgabe:

As Junior Specialist in the Working Capital Finance Team you would primarily focus on Borrowing Base Finance solutions for our domestic and international corporate clients.

You will be supporting the Team in originating, structuring and executing those transactions. Your role will include:

- building and/or developing existing external networks with Mid- and Large-Cap clients across the DACH region and managing internal networks together with our senior product experts
- identifying, structuring and assessing eligible collaterals (inventory as well as receivables)
- supporting due diligence processes, preparing credit documentation and coordinating internal and external Stakeholders.

Profil:

- Degree in economics, law or comparable fields (bachelor or master)
- Completed trainee / graduate program, ideally at a financial institution
- A sound ability to analyze corporate balance sheets (HGB/IFRS) and identify potential risk flags and mitigants
- Strong teamwork skills with ability to learn quickly
- Strong communication skills as well as fluency in both German and English
