Your Tasks
* Participate in origination efforts vis-a-vis top notch corporate clients including preparing client pitches and taking part in client meetings
* Contribute to and prepare credit applications, financial models (excel based) and briefing materials for senior management as part of your daily routine
* Play an active role in the execution of high profile syndicated and complex corporate transactions, including reviewing mandate and loan documentation
* Communicate with other syndication partners and contribute to the marketing activities of Erste Group
* Work in interdisciplinary and multinational transaction teams across different Erste Group geographies, product and coverage units
* Monitor and review existing portfolio assets, composing reports and manage risks
Your Background
* Strong academic background and a university degree in finance, business, economics, law or similar with a study focus on banking & finance or corporate finance
* Good understanding of financial statements and deal structures, combined with a basic knowledge of mandate and loan documentation
* Several years of relevant professional experience in syndication, structured finance, corporate banking or a related field
* Very good communication and presentation skills, as well as strong attention to detail
* Fluency in German and English

* For this position, we offer a gross annual salary starting at EUR 60,900.00 (full-time, including overtime allowance / all-in arrangement). Your actual salary will be based on your qualifications, experience, and individual fit for the role.
