**YOUR TASKS** 

- Manage key global HR projects 
- Enable organizational steering through data insights and analytics 
- Ensure HR standards, policies, processes are in place and aligned with HR strategy 
- Establish and maintain appropriate and effective global HR governance rules (in alignment with other HR and non-HR functions) 
- Define global labor law related governance standards 
- Gatekeeper for HCM system and overarching HR process architecture (particularly reflected in Workday) 
- Competence Centre for Compensation and Benefits 
- Ensure HR compliance (e.g., CSRD) by leading the implementation, managing ongoing processes, and driving continuous improvement to meet legal HR requirements (such as CSRD or the EU Pay Transparency Act)

**YOUR PROFILE**  

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field 
- Several years of progressive HR experience including global governance and HR systems management 
- Proven track record in designing and implementing global HR frameworks, policies, and compliance standards 
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects and driving HR transformation initiatives on an international scale 
- Expertise in HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday) and HR process design 
- Solid knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools 
- Expertise in strategic HR planning and program management methodologies 
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse cultural environments 
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights 
- Ability to lead global initiatives and to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix organization. 
- Fluency in English
