Your Responsibilities at OPmobility:

- Ensuring smooth production processes and high availability of
equipment and machinery
- Supporting and reporting to the Supervisor in daily operations
- Ensuring compliance with standardized work procedures
- Monitoring, improving, and optimizing processes regarding quality,
output, and 5S standards
- Applying Quality Basics, at minimum for first-off inspections,
self-inspections, and final inspections
- Training employees and onboarding new team members
- Monitoring production materials
- Ensuring customer quality requirements are met
- Operating machines and working at individual workstations
- Packing and labeling customer containers according to existing work
and inspection instructions

What You Bring:

- Completed vocational training
- 2–3 years of professional experience in a plastics processing
company
- Good manual and technical skills
- A true team player with strong communication, analytical, and
problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Windows XP, Word, Excel and SAP
- German language skills (spoken and written) are required;
additional languages are a plus
