Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d)
Established in October 1989 in Düsseldorf, the company excels in machinery transportation and provides comprehensive export logistics services to Japan, Europe, the U.S., China, and other parts of Asia.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate special transport of industrial machinery (via land, sea, and air)
- Handle import/export customs procedures and prepare related documentation
- Manage warehouse inventory
Requirements
- Experience in logistics operations at a freight forwarder (ocean freight experience required)
- Experience at a Japanese logistics company is a plus
- Native-level German and business-level English proficiency
- Japanese language skills are a plus
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (1 day/week remote work available after probation)
