**Your tasks:*** Operate document production machines
* Prepare machines for daily production: load materials, Clean up the Machine
* Monitor job progress and machine performance to ensure efficient workflow
* Conduct quality checks finished documents for alignment, completeness, and correct finishing
* Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance
* Follow job instructions, work orders and precisely to ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal standards
* Maintain accurate production logs and report any deviations and equipment issues to the supervisor
* Adhere to safety protocols, data protection, and confidentiality requirements, particularly in secure document environments
* Support team members and shift activities to meet overall production goals
**Your profile:**
* Experience in operating machinery in a production environment is preferred
* Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new machines quickly
* Ability to follow detailed instructions and work accurately with documents
* Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail
* Basic computer skills are an advantage
