Your responsibilities at OPmobility:

- Maintenance and monitoring of KPIs in the maintenance area
- Conducting maintenance assessments and continuous improvement
- Organizing and maintaining work instructions
- Creating, reviewing, and closing work orders
- Coordination with external service providers
- Reviewing preventive measures internally and externally
- Inventory checks and materials management
- Optimizing maintenance activities
- Creating and maintaining lessons learned documentation
- Documenting all maintenance actions and processes
- Communication and coordination with other departments
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Preparing reports and presentations for management
- Maintaining maintenance data in IT systems (e.g., SAP, CMMS)

What you bring to the table:

- Completed commercial or technical training
- Experience in maintenance or technical administration is an
advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally SAP or another maintenance
system
- Organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Initiative and sense of responsibility
- German language skills
