For KYOCERA AVX Components (Betzdorf) GmbH we are looking for a **Managing Director (m/f/d)** at our location in**Betzdorf**. **What you can expect** * Overall responsibility for a company in the automotive industry (~130 employees), including direct leadership of around 100 employees * Define, implement and execute long-term strategies for growth, profitability and innovation * Full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, capital planning and risk management * Represents the company with customers, partners and stakeholders nationally and internationally * Builds and develops leadership teams and organizational structures * Promotes and reinforce a strong culture of safety, compliance and sustainability * Drives continuous improvement initiatives **What we are looking for** * Master's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, business engineering, business administration or comparable field * Several years of professional experience, including a senior management or executive role with essential background in the automotive industry, ideally within a Tier 1 or 2 supplier * Proven track record in strategy, business development and organizational leadership * Strong technical understanding of automotive manufacturing and industrial processes * Profound experience in leading negotiations with works councils and trade unions * Fluent language skills in both German and English * Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as hands-on, decisive and results-oriented personality **What we offer** * A highly dynamic environment and a multifaceted and responsible management role * A challenging combination of operational daily business and strategic development of the company * A friendly, collegial and professional working environment with a supportive local team * A salary and other conditions appropriate to the importance of the position **Are you interested?** Please send us your detailed application with your English CV, relevant certificates, expected salary range and earliest possible starting date.
