- You ensure that your solutions are robust, observable, and easy to operate in production environments
- You demonstrate mastery of modern development toolchains, including AI-powered tools that enhance productivity, automation, and code quality
## YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience: You have solid experience developing backend services in Go, with a strong understanding of REST and gRPC APIs
- Architecture: You are familiar with event-driven architectures and have hands-on experience with Kafka and microservices in production environments
- Data Stores: You have worked with data stores like PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch, and understand how to choose the right storage for the problem
- Agility: You thrive in agile teams, continuously seek to improve processes and systems, and are passionate about learning and sharing knowledge
- Curiosity: You are open-minded and collaborative, willing to occasionally support frontend development and work across the stack when needed
