**Job**
Consists in the Sales and Project Management of Heavy Duty three phase medium and high voltage induction e-Motors. Job Description:
- Proactive and customer-oriented approach to tasks.
- Fast Response to the customer requests in business related requirements
- Efficient order handling for execution on time.
- Effective communication skills for working with Business contacts and TECO group employee
- Willing to accept guidance from supervisors and improve existing workflows
- To provide report of work-related activities
- Time management to accomplish tasks and management assignments.
- Customer visits upon requests and needs
- Undertake any tasks, duties or responsibilities, which are deemed to be within your capabilities and are requested by the management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, engineering is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years project management or 3 years tendering engineer or 6 year internal sales experience in industrial products such as Medium high voltage motor, Pump, Fan or Compressor.
- Proficient in Microsoft office software.

Office: the manager will be based in Germany, but some frequent travels to other European countries may be needed.
