Join our team to collaborate across different engineering areas, solve meaningful challenges creatively and transfer concepts from initial design, through prototyping and testing into real-world solutions.This is an opportunity to own key projects, use modern tools, and work in state-of-the-art facilities to create technologies that shape how energy systems evolve. You get to work on advancing power electronics used for Tesla products globally, thereby directly contributing to the acceleration of the world's transition to sustainable energy.
### What You’ll Do
* Perform complex and precise electro-mechanical assembly work while maintaining a clean and orderly work area
* Support build processes, perform reworks on components (turning/milling), and prepare documentation for Design and Manufacturing Engineers
* Ability to read, interpret, and create documentation and drawings, and to give and follow precise verbal and written instruction
* Responsible for updating production records to ensure accurate tracking of processes
* Maintain NPI Pilot Lines to keep current with changes in product design and manufacturing process
* Troubleshooting equipment and processes by collaborating with engineering, quality and operations
### What You’ll Bring
* Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in assembly for new products
* Completed technical training as a mechanic engineer, mechatronics engineer or similar
* Good understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
* Proficiency in operating production machinery either through graphical user interfaces (GUIs) or by using programming languages (e.g., G-codes, pseudo-code)
* Extensive workshop experience with strong manual dexterity and precision
* Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
* Experience with NPI of power electronic products and/or mass production are a plus
