Gunzilla Games is looking for a Office Administrator for our Frankfurt studio. You will have

managing communal spaces and liaising with external contacts and vendors; you will
also help streamline daily office management administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Office Administrator, you will:
Handling all office-related administrative work.
Working with vendors to make sure office supplies, catering/lunches, snacks, &
drinks are always stocked.Management of facilities across the office
Knowledge of and ability to comply with German health and safety requirements
Managing office design, layout, and ergonomics
Closely aligned with HR regarding new hire onboarding, and facilitating with
employee relocations, as required
Close collaboration with IT for the management and administration of tech
equipment.
Responsible for the financial administration of office operational expenses
Facilitating Marketing and events department
Ad-hoc duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
1+ years of strong previous experience in an Office Administration or receptionist
role
Facilities Management Experience
Exceptional communication skills in English and German, liaising with outside
contacts, vendors, and all levels of management and staff.
Tenacious self-starter with a high level of initiative and strong follow-through.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing interests in a fast-paced
environment.
Must be able to confidently and effectively handle multiple assignments at once.
Proactive problem solver with the ability to take the reins on various projects and
duties.
Outgoing, and diplomatic with a poised professional demeanor; able to work
independently or alongside a team.
