### About The Role

As an Operations Coordinator at UXCam, you will be at the heart of keeping our office and internal processes running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, and assisting with administrative and reporting tasks. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on organization, and is excited to collaborate across teams to keep things moving efficiently.

### What You’ll Be Doing

Being UXCam’s next Operations Coordinator in our Berlin location, your main missions include but aren’t limited to the following:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office, creating a well-organized and productive environment
- Support reporting, compliance, and a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflows
- Assist in the preparation and documentation of monthly and annual payroll processes
- Play an active role in team building and internal event organization to strengthen our culture
- Provide coordination support for hiring processes, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication
- Collaborate closely with Operations, HR, and Finance leads to provide hands-on support for cross-functional initiatives and tasks

### What You’ll Need to Succeed at this role

- 1+ of experience in Operations roles, ideally in a Startup environment.
- High level of written and spoken English, German on B1-B2 level would be a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good hands-on approach and ownership mindset
- Commitment to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Being creative and enjoying helping people
- Understanding of HR practices and Labor laws is a plus
