Aufgabengebiet



Support the coordination and execution of end-to-end payroll processes across EMEA

-Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service providers

-Review, reconcile, and consolidate payroll-relevant data

-Support employees and internal stakeholders with payroll-related inquiries

-Work with integrated Payroll and HR systems and ensure accurate data processing

-Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and other international stakeholders

-Support payroll-related reporting, reconciliations, and controls

-Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing payroll processes and systems

-Assist with internal and external audits



Anforderungsprofil



Completed university degree, vocational training, or comparable qualification

-Professional experience in payroll

-Payroll experience within EMEA countries is highly desirable, German payroll experience is not required

-Experience working with integrated Payroll and HR systems

-SAP, DATEV, or experience with comparable systems is an advantage

-Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel

-Comfortable working with systems, data, and payroll-related processes

-Strong attention to detail and a structured, service-oriented working style

-Fluent English

-German is an advantage, but not a requirement

-Experience working in an international environment is a plus
