Assures manufacturing, quality and reliability of technically challenging PCBAs throughout the outsourced supply chain
Lead complex root cause investigations for PCA-related manufacturing and field failures in collaboration with Product Engineering, R&D and the CM. Coordinate corrective and preventive actions across internal teams and manufacturing partners.
Identify manufacturability and testability risks during new product introductions (NPI). Provide DFM feedback regarding layout, solderability, assembly robustness, and process capability.
Assess DFT readiness and support implementation of efficient test coverage strategies
Act as technical engineering partner for manufacturing sites and suppliers.
Analyze manufacturing, test, repair, yield, and reliability data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Apply data-driven methods to identify systematic process weaknesses.
