Founding Growth Marketer (m/w/d) Hamburg

Plausity is an AI-native due diligence platform for MundA advisors, private equity and VC funds, and corporate development teams, built in Hamburg. You are Plausity s first dedicated marketing hire. You own growth end to end, from first impression to booked demo. We already have a strong content base a multilingual news library in seven languages and growing organic visibility. Your job is to build the acquisition and experimentation engine that turns that visibility into predictable, measurable pipeline.

What you ll do

• Push SEO and GEO further so Plausity ranks and gets cited by AI search engines for due diligence topics

• Own paid acquisition on LinkedIn and Google: targeting, budget allocation, daily optimization

• Run a continuous experiment loop: hypothesis, ship, read the data, double down or kill

• A/B test landing pages and messaging for MundA, PE and corporate development audiences

• Own the creative pipeline: product videos, case content, event and webinar assets

• Build attribution and reporting the founder can steer by

What you bring

• 3+ years in B2B growth or performance marketing, ideally SaaS with a long sales cycle

• Proven results in paid social, SEO or both with numbers to show

• Strong analytical skills and comfort with tracking, GA4 and the CRM

• Excellent written English; German is a plus
