Your Role
Do you want to contribute to flow development and methodology in order to help develop our new products in Radio Frequency (RF) system applications from the ground up? Key responsibilities in your new role
* Develop and support tools, methodologies and design flows for RF/mmW Codesign
* Anticipate the needs of internal hardware design projects to ensure best-in-class methodologies for RF module design
* Trigger and track implementation of enhancements of the design flows to ensure on-time availability for productive usage
* Share knowledge and work closely together with the worldwide Codesign community
* Further improve existing software modules; including testing, refactoring and maintenance of our inhouse addons
* Collaborate with and drive external EDA vendors to meet Infineon?s specific needs

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
* A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar
* Minimum 5 years of working experience in RF/mmW design and use of electromagnetic simulation tools (e.g. from Keysight, Cadence, Synopsys)
* Good understanding of RF system design across chip, package and board
* Expertise in Unix/Linux and compute farm environments
* Basic scripting skills (e.g. using Python, Perl) and exposure to EDA application languages (Keysight AEL or Cadence Skill)
* A customer-oriented mindset with the ambition to solve technical problems for internal customers
* Fluent English skills, German skills are a big plus
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a.
