⚙️ Candidate Requirements

• Documentation: Updated CV along with all previous experience certificates or a Trade Test is required.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) experience is preferred (a shortfall of 1–2 months is acceptable).

• Age Limit: Up to 40 years old (a relaxation of 1–2 months beyond 40 is acceptable).

• Physical Requirement: Minimum weight of 55 kg.

• Passport Validity: Minimum of 2 years and 1 month of remaining validity is required.

📜 Terms & Conditions

• Contract Duration: 1 Year

• Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8 hours normal + 2 hours mandatory Overtime (OT)

• Saturday: 10 hours of Overtime (OT)

• Weekly Holiday: Sunday

• Annual Leave: 30 calendar days per year

• Flight Ticket: 1 Economy Class ticket provided to the point of hire upon completion of 1 year of continuous service.

• Salary Payment Setup:

• An advance of 5,000 Rubles is paid in Russia.

• The remaining balance is paid directly into an Indian bank account.

• Having an SBI INR / NRO / SAVINGS account is mandatory.

• Food & Accommodation:

• Shared accommodation provided (10 workers per room, or 5 foremen per room).

• Three meals per day are fully provided by the company.

• Transportation: Provided by the company for commuting to work.
