# **Portfolio and Innovation Lead (d/f/m) UFS DACH**

**JOB PURPOSE**

**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**

- Lead UFS DACH portfolio innovation team
- Develop market leading UFS DACH portfolio by driving innovations and rejuvenations on scratch cooking aids and condiments for our top brands Knorr Professional, Lukull and Hellmann’s
- Together with global & EU portfolio, R&D and Supply Chain (SC) teams you build the future portfolio and innovation plan jointly for Europe with the best possible growth implications for UFS Germany, Austria and Switzerland
- Own and land the innovation and rejuvenation funnel for UFS DACH
- Lead local DACH investor board meeting together with investors
- Drive portfolio change towards tailwind categories and channels
- Manage key stakeholders in EU and DACH leadership teams and investor boards
- Build relationships across EU markets and business functions (supply chain, Finance, R&D, consumer & market insights, Artwork Excellence)
- Work closely together with the marketing director UFS DACH and become a member of the UFS DACH marketing leadership team

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**

**Experiences & Qualifications**

- Experiences in managing a team with a hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial spirit
- Understanding the heat in the kitchen; living and breathing Chefmanship
- Having a strong strategic thinking approach, project management skills and passion for food
- Be able to easily connect with leadership team members and general managers in UFS DACH, EU markets and business partners in UFS global
- Being proactive and reaching out to fix things before they get escalated.
- Working with project management tools, affinity and stakeholder management towards DACH and EU leaders
- Being able to manage complex projects by yourself as well as supports the team in delivering their projects. Agility is a key characteristic of how we manage the UFS business and you should be familiar with agile ways of working
