**JOB PURPOSE**
You will manage the biggest innovations of UFS DACH that will make our business win and grow. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the biggest and most impactful UFS DACH portfolio innovation projects.
- Land complex UFS EU and global portfolio platforms (e.g., Fried Anything Platform) in DACH by driving innovations and rejuvenations across UFS Austria, Switzerland and Germany and lead additional DACH projects on our core brands.
- Build the future portfolio and innovation plan jointly for Europe with global & EU portfolio, R&D and Supply Chain teams to ensure optimal growth for UFS Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
- Own the innovation and rejuvenation funnel responsibility for UFS DACH for your dedicated projects.
- Drive portfolio changes relevant for the UFS 2030 strategy towards tailwind categories and channels.
- Manage key stakeholders in EU and DACH leadership teams and investor boards.
- Build strong relationships across EU markets and BP functions (SC, Finance, R&D, CMI, Artwork Excellence).
- Work closely with the Portfolio and Innovation Lead UFS DACH.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and reporting standards.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Education: Bachelor’s or (preferred) Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field such as Communications, International Business, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing and Category Management roles within FMCG or Foodservice.
- Proven track record in managing complex innovation and portfolio projects.
- Demonstrated management experience and category growth, NRM track record
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Strong stakeholder management skills across senior leadership levels. Excellent project management capabilities with experience in agile ways of working. Commercial acumen and understanding of net revenue management. Fluent in English (business level); fluency in German highly beneficial.
- Additional Skills: Evidence-based decision making. Omnichannel experience and design-for-channel expertise. Category growth management and ability to identify tailwind opportunities. Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on approach. Ability to work under pressure and proactively resolve issues before escalation.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in European supply chain sourcing and collaboration with R&D teams.
- Familiarity with Innoflex systems and investor board processes.
- Previous exposure to international portfolio management and multi-market innovation launches.
- Passion for food, foodservice and understanding of Chefmanship principles.

The ideal candidate understands the heat in the kitchen and lives and breathes Chefmanship. Combined with strong strategic thinking, project management skills and passion for food, this candidate easily connects with leadership team members and managers in UFS DACH, EU markets and business partners in UFS global, all with one thing in mind: to help UFS DACH get the portfolio to win in the market.
The candidate needs to be proactive and reaches out to fix things before they get escalated. Understanding of the European SC sourcing network is a pre, as well as experience with working with the Hive R&D team. Working with Innoflex, affinity with Investor Board and stakeholder management towards DACH and EU leaders are expected to come as a natural to the candidate. The candidate is an excellent project manager and helps the team to grow and deliver. The candidate manages complex projects themselves. Agility is a key characteristic of how we manage the UFS business and the candidate should be familiar with agile ways of working.
