**Your Role**

Key responsibilities in your new role

- **Define requirements and specifications** for System-on-Chip (SoC) architectures while balancing performance, efficiency, cost, and safety requirements - **Define differentiating components** (power control and management IP) and **select and integrate standard IP blocks** (CPU, memory, interfaces) - Build and maintain **architectural models and virtual prototypes** - **Develop and implement digital power control** and **management algorithms** using state-of-the-art AI-driven design methodologies - **Collaborate with internal and external experts** (e.g., application, analog, digital, mixed-signal, and software teams) as well as management


**Your Profile**

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- A **solid technical background** based on a degree in **Electrical Engineering**, **Microelectronics**, **Physics**, or a related field - At least **5 years of professional experience in SoC architecture and concept engineering**, **digital or mixed-signal design** and **verification**, and **embedded microcontroller systems** - Experience in **digital power conversion topologies** (e.g., PFC, FB, LLC), **digital signal processing**, and **control theory** - Experience with **digital power control algorithms and techniques** - A passion for **technology** and the **willingness to take initiative** - Strong **system-level thinking and analytical skills** - **Openness** to applying **advanced methodologies** (e.g., agentic AI) and learning about new applications - **Very good communication skills** to collaborate with team members, experts, and management - **Fluent English** skills; German language skills are a plus
