Das erwartet dich Product development of kilowatt magnetics design and manufacturing Has a global oriented team mindset and interfaces to all related departments Works with the suppliers, factories and customers/IC houses on multiple projects Understanding of development and design processes with project management skills Knowledge of factories and capabilities Das bringst du mit Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Energy Engineering or comparable technical education At least 3-7 years of professional experience in the development of high power magnetics (>10kW) Ability to bring groups together to brainstorm ideas and generate solutions with knowledge of relevant standards for product development Good presentation, communication and conflict resolution skills both verbal and written Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
