**Role Overview:**
As our Product Innovations Manager, you will be at the forefront of our product development initiatives. Your main focus will be on identifying and analyzing market trends in the rug and home textile sector, collaborating with our design teams and utilizing AI-powered tools to develop innovative products. You will also work closely with our suppliers to ensure that these new products meet our high standards of quality and design.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the home textile and rug industry.
- Collaborate with designers and utilize AI-driven software to develop innovative product concepts.
- Liaise with international suppliers to guide the product development process from concept to final production.
- Ensure all products align with our brand’s quality standards and market needs.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the product portfolio.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in product development, ideally within the textile or home décor sector.
- Strong understanding of market research and trend analysis.
- Experience working with design teams and familiarity with AI or tech-driven product development tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills (e.g., German) are beneficial.
