**Mandatory Internship – Project Coordination & Event Management – EU Project SheLeads (m/f/d)**

**About us**
ForEveryone is a Berlin-based social enterprise. We strengthen social participation, democracy and wellbeing in urban spaces. We run Community Café No. 52 at Boxhagener Platz, host creative workshops for international Berlin residents, and deliver European projects with partner organisations across several countries.
**The project**
SheLeads is an EU-funded project on gender empowerment and peer support with partner organisations in 6 countries. You will work directly with the co-founder and coordinate an international team of staff, partner organisations and volunteers.
**Your role**
The core idea: keep the overview and make sure things get done – not do everything yourself.
Project coordination
– Keep track of tasks, timelines and open points across the project
– Remind partner organisations of upcoming deadlines and outstanding materials
– Prepare team meetings, document outcomes and follow up on action points
– Communicate regularly with our partner organisations across Europe
Event management
– Coordinate the preparation and delivery of project events: Women's Circle, workshops, panels, webinars
– Organise an international project trip (Serifos, Greece) including accommodation, meals and programme
– Ensure venues, materials and tech are booked and ready on time
– Keep participants informed about upcoming events and content
**Your profile**
– Structured and reliable – you love checklists and deadlines
– Strong communication skills in English (C1), German is a plus
– First experience in project coordination or event organisation, from studies, volunteering or previous internships
– Confident with Google Workspace, Slack and Trello
– Interest in gender topics, empowerment and international project work
– Proactive: you ask when something is unclear and don't wait to be told

**Conditions**
– Mandatory internship (proof of enrolment from your university required)
– Minimum duration: 6 months
– Hours: 20–32 hrs/week by arrangement
– Unpaid in line with mandatory internship regulations
– Start: immediately or by arrangement
– Location: Kiezlab, Berlin Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg
