* Lead strategically important rotor blade projects with full responsibility for quality, cost, and schedule.
* Plan projects and manage technological and personnel resources.
* Conduct project audits and gate reviews.
* Provide professional reporting to stakeholders and departmental management.
* Apply best practice approaches to ensure optimal project control and sustainable implementation.
* Lead interdisciplinary and international project teams.
Identify improvement opportunities and market trends while ensuring compliance with quality and information security standards.
Your Qualifications
* University degree in Wind Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field.
* At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in medium-sized to large-scale projects.
* Proven project management experience with a mandatory project management certification.
* Experience in engineering and manufacturing processes within the wind energy industry, ideally with a focus on rotor blades.
* Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills in an international environment.
* Strategic thinking, strong problem-solving abilities, resilience, and flexibility.
