From managing scope and schedules to removing roadblocks, you’ll be the driving force behind successful project execution — keeping stakeholder s informed and ensuring delivery meets cost, quality, and timeline targets.  How You’ll Make an Impact  * Responsibility for end-to-end project execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets * Ownership of structured project initiation, including alignment of scope, objectives, and execution plans before launch * Accountability for the overall project plan from concept through delivery, ensuring effective cross-functional integration * Management of project scope, schedules, and risk registers across planning, execution, monitoring, and operational handover * Control of budgets, resources, and key performance indicators, including proactive risk and issue management and regular progress reporting * Coordination and negotiation with suppliers and partners to align priorities, maintain flexibility, and enable problem-solving and collaboration What You Bring * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline * Longstanding experience in a project-driven manufacturing or industrial environment * Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams and external suppliers * Solid knowledge of cost, schedule, and quality management principles within an industrial context * Strong negotiation, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to adapt under pressure * Proficiency in project management tools and the MS Office Suite, with PMP certification considered an advantage; German language skills  About the Team Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and  decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof,  steam turbines and generators.
