- Organization and execution of project meetings (internal and on-site) to monitor project progress
- Project evaluation and preparation of regular status reports
- Coordination of the document approval process with the customer
- Organization of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)
- Consideration of shipping requirements
- Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing (e.g., invoicing according to the confirmed project scope)
- Monitoring and adjustment of possible contract deviations (schedule, project scope, quality, specifications, costs, price, etc.) in consultation with all project stakeholders

- University of Applied Sciences Degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or comparable qualification
- Minimum of one year of experience in international sales and project management
- Basic knowledge of contract law
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Knowledge of Dutch desirable
- Knowledge of standard software (Microsoft Office) and SAP
- Solution-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for customer interaction
- Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, negotiation and organizational abilities
- High level of commitment, sense of responsibility, customer orientation, and strong team spirit
- Willingness to travel internationally on occasion
