Project Operations Manager (m/w/d)

DEKRA Arbeit GmbH is seeking an experienced Project Operations Manager
(m/f/d) for a company in the finance sector in Frankfurt am Main. In
this role, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, aligning
stakeholders, monitoring timelines and deliverables, and supporting
the successful implementation of project objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate ongoing projects, ensuring objectives,
deadlines, and expectations are met
- Act as the central point of contact for internal teams and external
stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Track project performance, identify potential challenges, and
develop solutions to keep projects on schedule
- Prepare project reports and presentations, coordinate follow-up
activities, and identify opportunities to improve workflows and
processes

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Project
Management, or a related field- At least 4 years of experience in
project management or coordination, ideally in an international
environment
- Strong skills in project planning, coordination, and stakeholder
management
- Good understanding of IT environments and technical processes
- Excellent English skills; German is a plus
