Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented person to join our Resourcing Team for the medical writing services. This is not an HR or recruiting function.
The Resourcing Team is responsible for assigning our in-house medical writers to the right projects at the right time.
Empowering our medical writers to perform at their best!
Our medical writing teams support our clients to bring new medicines to patients by writing the regulatory documentation needed for drug development. Our clients are pharmaceutical companies who need us to prepare their regulatory documents with speed and expertise.
As part of the Resourcing Team, your main job is to identify and assign the most suitable medical writers from our existing in-house team for each new project. Day-to-day activities and responsibilities will include:
- Processing all client requests for new projects to ensure rapid assignment of appropriate resources. This includes communicating with writers and clients to get the information needed to make decisions in a timely manner.
- Juggling numerous, rapidly shifting assignments for our large and growing client base and assigning teams that will keep our clients singing our praises.
- Building relationships with the writers to understand their strengths and skillsets to ensuring these are best utilized on assigned projects.
- Building relationships with our client teams to understand their culture, expectations, and upcoming project needs to ensure we are tailoring our solutions to best meet these.
The right candidate will:
- Have a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or similar.
- Have experience coordinating and assigning resources for projects in a similar environment, particularly in project management support functions.
- Have excellent organisation, time management, and planning skills and high attention to detail.
- Thrive on the challenge of putting all the puzzle pieces together, often under tight timelines, to ensure that both the clients and the people doing the work are happy.
- Ideally, have worked in a CRO in the pharmaceutical industry to have a familiarity with drug development and regulatory documents.
- Be fluent in English and a highly articulate communicator, be able to engage confidently and sensitively with all kinds of people and be able to learn what it takes to motivate our writers to perform at their best.
- Bring a high degree of teamwork and good communication skills.
- Have a good working knowledge of MS Office software and CRM systems.
Trilogy offers the following:
- Competitive base salary with an annual bonus based on company and individual performance.
- Training opportunities to support your professional development.
- Free weekly yoga sessions plus other fun and exciting events to encourage team bonding and development.
