Assignment Description

We are looking for an IBM i / RPG Developer with strong programming skills and experience working with enterprise application environments.

You will contribute to both new development and IT support, working with integration technologies and modern development tools in an Agile environment.

The team uses Azure DevOps in its daily operations, while data from backbone applications is streamed to a data lake built on UDP and Databricks.

What You Will Work On

• Develop and maintain applications using IBM i and RPG.

• Build and support integrations using MQ and APIs.

• Contribute to new development and ongoing IT support.

• Work in an Agile development environment.

• Use Azure DevOps as part of daily development activities.

• Support application data flows to the data lake.

• Collaborate with the team on application improvements and integrations.

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of relevant development experience.

• Strong skills in IBM i and RPG programming.

• Experience with application integration technologies such as MQ and APIs.

• Familiarity with Agile ways of working.

• Experience using Azure DevOps.

Meritorious

• Programming experience with Python.

• Knowledge of UDP and Databricks.

• Awareness of data lake architecture and data streaming.

• Experience with ServiceNow.
