Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing client interactions, processing orders, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This on‑site position requires strong organizational skills and a customer‑focused mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for incoming customer inquiries and maintain high‑quality service.

• Prepare and distribute sales proposals, contracts, and follow‑up documentation.

• Coordinate order processing, track delivery status, and resolve any issues that arise.

• Schedule meetings, demos, and product presentations for the sales team.

• Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM system daily.

• Assist with the preparation of sales reports and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Required qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field.

• Proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

• Negotiation experience to address client concerns and secure agreements.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Detail‑oriented with excellent record‑keeping and data entry accuracy.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

• Knowledge of basic sales analytics and reporting tools.

• Familiarity with the industry’s product line or market trends.

• Additional language proficiency.
