**About this position**

allO wouldn’t be a start-up high-growth leader without its successful sales team. We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative working student to sell our SaaS software product solutions and services over the phone that help improve the lives of restaurant owners, staff, and customers. In this position you will play a key role in generating leads, building relationships with customers, and closing appointments for our Sales Executives over the phone. If you are a quick learner with strong listening and communication skills interested in sales, prospecting, lead generation and innovative technology, this role is a great opportunity for you.

**Your Responsibilities | What you will do**

- Active identification and outreach to potential restaurant customers across Germany through various channels such as phone, email, and social media
- Qualification of leads, arranging of meetings and handover to the responsible Sales Executives
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline through continuous market research and lead generation
- Collaboration with the sales team to maintain a steady pipeline in order to achieve daily KPIs
- Regular reporting on your activities and results to the sales management
- Participation in product and sales training to stay up to date and gain a deep understanding of our solutions, the market and the restaurant industry

**Your Profile | What you should bring**

- Currently enrolled at a university
- Strong interest in Sales and eagerness to grow within this field
- Ideally, initial professional experience in sales and lead generation or similar client facing roles, preferably within a tech-driven and fast-paced work environment
- Proactive, hands-on and can-do mentality paired with enthusiasm for building strong customer relationships
- Analytical thinking and the ability to identify customer needs and present suitable solutions
- Ambitious, goal-oriented work approach and the motivation to actively tackle challenging situations and conversations - you don’t just accept a "No" and turn a potential, initial "No" into a "Yes"
- Strong team player mindset and excellent interpersonal as well as communication skills
- Flexibility, willingness and ability to work from our Munich office located at beautiful Werksviertel (option to work from home on one day per week after successful onboarding)
- Native or excellent Chinese language skills along with business proficiency in English; any additional languages are a big plus (especially German, Vietnamese and Hindi)
